My hair has never had any chemical treatments, dyes, perms or anything like that. I also have never used a blow dryer, hair spray, or any other styling material. Non-smoking environment and no drug and/or alcohol usage. Healthy diet based mainly upon Japanese food staples (fish, vegetables, rice, fruits, seaweed, etc).
