Well here goes...I love my hair and take great pride in caring for it and keeping it beautiful, but it is time for a change...and for someone else to get to enjoy it :). For the length I am willing to cut it 20-21inches are available for purchase. My hair has been growing since I shaved my head in 2002. Of course it has been trimmed regularly ever since I have never had my hair chemically treated in any way (no dye or highlites ever). I think I used a blow dryer twice last year on it. I used only organic shampoos and conditioners until just recently (got too expensive). I deep condition it as it seems necessary (sometimes every two weeks, sometimes once month depending on how often I have had to wash it - my favorite to use is coconut oil). I wash my hair every 3-4 days and always let it air dry. It is hard to tell in the pictures but it has a very slight wave to it which is more visible when it is shorter. I do not smoke and have a healthy diet (which includes some red wine on occasion..so I can't say that I don't drink.) My ponytail is approximately 3 1/4" thick when pulled tight as the picture shows (it took both of us to keep it as tight as we could with the tape measure. Please make an offer. NO! I was just trying to attest to the health of my hair by mentioning I had shaved it! I was a teenager and as I told many people already: I was rebelling against what I thought was expected of me to conform to in society as a female.
