I've thought about donating hair, but when I found out how much it's worth to sell it, the idea of donating seemed like an inefficient sort of charity. After all, if I can make hundreds of dollars selling my hair, then I could donate part of that to a charity that actually saves lives, and that way I could accomplish much more good than I could by donating the hair itself. So that's what I've decided to do.
My hair is about 20 inches long, and I'm willing to sell up to 15 inches of it, depending on the buyer's preferences. I don't smoke, I don't dye, straighten or perm, and I wash it about once a week, using Herbal Essences shampoo and letting it air dry afterwards.
It's brown, straight and naturally shiny. I've included a photo of all my hair from behind (taken as soon as it dried after washing it), a photo of all my hair in a ponytail that gives a good idea of the thickness, and a close-up photo of the ends, so you can see their condition.
I accept Paypal, and credit cards through Paypal. As soon as I receive your payment, I will have my hair cut to your desired length and mail it to you.
