I need to chop my locks. Will cut 11"-12" to sell, and will accept best offer. I don't smoke and my hair's never been blown dry or chemically treated. My hair's really thick and falls in really nice natural curls, so I don't use any product either. It measures 4.5-5 inches in circumference when rubberbanded into a ponytail.
