FOR SALE: 12-16 Inches of Extremely Thick Sandy-Blonde, Wavy Hair. Hair will be cut on Sat. August 1st, 2009 by a friend who is also a licensed stylist. She says I have enough hair for THREE people. My hair is a natural combination of many different shades of blonde. The top layer is lighter - highlighted by the sun, while the underlayers are med. to dark blonde. There are even some red and dark hairs mixed in. Multicolors give hair a GREAT look and depth. Lots of volume!!! Ponytail meaures 5 inches thick around the band. Equal to 2 or three ponytails. My hair is not color-treated or permed...washed three times per week, air dried ONLY, and I DO NOT use hot irons of any kind. Smoke/Drug FREE. Will cut hair shorter to the chin (15-16 inch ponytail) for the right price. I am selling to the highest bidder. I will update site with additional photos immediately after hair is cut on AUG. 1st. NO bids will be accepted after Sunday, August 2nd, 2009. MUST SELL BY THAT DATE!!! Trying to raise the money to help out mom. Afterall, she helped to create all this hair... plus it will always grow again. Will accept Paypal payments or USPS Money Orders ONLY. Hair will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking # within 2 days after I receive payment. Thanks for your time and interest!!! Sold on TheHairTrader.com

After some persuasion, I decided I WOULD cut my hair shorter to the chin for the right price($800 or BEST OFFER). Will result in a SUPER THICK, 15-16 inch ponytail - equal to 3 ponytails. A little nervous - NEVER gone that short before!!

Definitely go shorter. You will get a lot more money and you will look beautiful with a short bob.

Response: I might consider cutting my hair shorter to the chin - trying to take a couple more days to decide for sure. If I do...my ponytail length would measure 15-16 inches.

You will get much more for it if you sell 16 or 18 inches. Consider cutting to your chin or ears, or even a nice pixie. You might like short hair in the summer heat, and if not, as you say, it will grow back.

Would you cut it to chin length? If so how long will the ponytail be?
