I always get complements on my hair. My hair has never been dyed or chemically treated. I come from a smoke free animal free home. I do not wash hair daily, as it dries it out and condition (use conditioner) regularly. I am currently using Professional Sebastian Drench shampoo and conditioner. The woman was delightful, her hair was actually 23inches. Her friend took pictures and the hair weighed 221 gms
